I tried a few drinks from Serious Sips, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Some of them tasted really fresh and flavorful, but a couple were noticeably weaker than I expected, which made me question what I’d get next time.

The packaging was solid and nothing leaked, so I’ll give them credit for that. But when the taste changes that much between drinks, it kind of chips away at my trust a little, especially when I’m paying a decent amount.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as consistent as I hoped. I might order again at some point, but I’m not in a hurry because I’m not totally sure it’ll be worth it every time.

I was expecting way more options, but the flavor list felt really limited. Almost everything sounded similar, and I couldn’t find anything that felt new or interesting to try. I feel like drink sites always do this where they make it seem like there’s tons to pick from, but then it’s just the same few basic flavors. I ended up leaving without ordering. They definitely need a lot more variety...

I was trying to place an order and the checkout froze on me twice when I went to pay. Then one time my cart randomly emptied, which was really frustrating. I liked the items and the site seemed fine at first, but also the whole process was such a hassle that I just gave up.

When I finally reached out, the response took a while and didn’t really clear much up. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it felt too uncertain, and I don’t like risking another purchase that way. I wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered a smoothie bowl and it felt a lot smaller than I remember. The taste was fine, nothing wrong there, but the portion was tiny for the price. I feel like they used to give you a better amount, so this was a bit disappointing

Trying to cancel was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I just wanted to manage my subscription and be done with it, but it turned into a whole hassle

I tried paying with my card and it failed twice, so I figured the payment didn’t go through. Then a little later, I noticed I’d been charged anyway, which was frustrating. I reached out to support to figure out what was going on, but they took longer than I expected to respond. Just a confusing experience overall.

I’m really disappointed. My order was supposed to show up days ago, and I’ve barely heard anything about what’s going on. I had to keep chasing it myself, and even then I still didn’t get a clear answer. At this point, I’d at least expect an apology and some proper explanation. If they can’t get basic delivery sorted, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I ordered from serioussips.com and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept waiting for some clear update, but there wasnt much info to go on, which made it even more annoying.
By the time the order finally arrived, I wasnt really excited about it anymore. The product might be fine, but the long delivery time definitely made me think twice about ordering again.

I didn’t have a great experience. The site was annoying to use, and when I tried to get help, I kept getting transferred around, which just made it even more frustrating. It felt like a waste of time overall, and I wouldn’t really recommend it to a friend...

I do like a few things from here, but am I the only one who feels like the restocks are totally random? Stuff will be sold out forever, then suddenly come back and disappear again before I even get a chance to order. It’s annoying when you’re just trying to buy the same item again.

I just didn’t feel like it was worth the money for what you actually get.

I’m getting annoyed at this point. I’ve been waiting on my refund and it still hasn’t shown up. Like, how does it take this long to send money back when the payment came out instantly? Just frustrating and way more hassle than it should be

My order arrived in this flimsy box with the corners all smashed in, and the items were just rattling around loose inside. Maybe they were in a rush or didn’t think it was a big deal, but from how it showed up, it felt like not much care went into packing it. Kind of frustrating and not really worth the hassle.

I tried Serious Sips the ingredients seemed fine, just not anything special. I bought this as a gift, but it felt a little awkward to give. The presentation just wasn’t as nice as I expected, especially compared with similar options from other brands that feel more polished and gift-ready. I’d probably go with one of those next time.

I reached out to customer service and, i’m still waiting. No reply at all so far, frustrating!
